Taste
This full-bodied, drier-style beer is inherently sweet-bitter. The initial taste reveals dark chocolate, a pinch of vanilla, tonka bean, and cocoa. In the mid-palate, the same herbal notes found in the aroma emerge. The aftertaste is long and dry, bringing forward dried dark berries, with a lingering warmth of alcohol and a slightly spicy glow.
Nose
The beer is strongly aromatic, with notes of vanilla, chocolate, cocoa, as well as herbal and minty hints from bison grass.
Appearance
A dark brown beer with a finger-thick, beige, and well-lasting head.
