Põhjala Tap Room
We serve 24 beers on tap, paired with Texas BBQ. Visit our beer and merch shop, rent a private sauna, or book a tour of the brewery.
Located in a converted submarine factory at Noblessner Harbor, the Põhjala Tap Room is a bar and restaurant that is also part of the Põhjala Brewery.
Our 24 taps feature the freshest Põhjala IPAs, the richest barrel-aged imperial stouts, and select guest beers. The kitchen specializes in Texas barbecue and slow-smoked meats. Everything from the breads and sauces to the pickles and kimchi is made in-house.
Since the tap room is in the same building as the brewery, diners can watch the brewers through large windows on one side of the dining room. This gives the space an immersive "brewery" feel. The former factory setting offers high ceilings and plenty of natural light.
The tour includes a 45-minute walk through the production area, where you will learn about beer making and the brewery. You will also taste 3–4 different beers.
Tours cost €20. Please pre-register at least 24 hours in advance, as there are only 20 spots available for each tour.

Available during opening hours of the Tap Room, our sauna fits up to 8 people. It features a steam room, showers, and a resting area with sofas, chairs, TV, sound system, and a fridge.
The rental fee is €80 for the first hour and €60 for each consecutive hour, with a two-hour minimum.
We always have the best and freshest selection of Põhjala beers, and often offer deals on large quantities.
We have gift packs and cards, as well as T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, caps, glasses, postcards, and more—perfect for treating yourself or a Põhjala fan back home.
