Taste
Sharp red fruits burst across the tongue, with oaky tannins and silky smooth red grapes mixing it up. Sweet toasted caramel malts and spicy rye join the jam, with hints of espresso and slightly herbal liquer-like bitterness rounding it all out.
Nose
Sherry and madeira sweetness jumps out immediately, balanced by a soft touch of vanilla and toasted coconut. Baked redcurrants, blackcurrants, and blackberries follow, elegantly merging with hints of dark chocolate.
