Taste

Staring off with rich, barrel forward notes of oak, cloves, and vanilla Château Noir then leads you down a moonlit path through your very own vin-yard plucking sweet jammy flavours of blackberry and raisins along the way, with hints of tart cherry and vinous tannins to take in as the beer warms. Finally you are hit with an indulgent finish of dark chocolate and cascara, with faint aromas of jasmine and honeysuckle as the night closes around you.

Nose

Smoked plums, pomegranate molasses, and sweet caramel coated cranberries, with a delicate hint of warming winter spices inviting you in.
