Taste

Toasted bread smeared with rich, sweet honey and marzipan esters slide across the palate. Toffee and a gentle peat smoke join the dance, with undertones of Tuscan leather lingering across the tongue. Diving deeper reveals hints of poached pears, before a final crescendo of dried fruits and warming spices.

Nose

Caramelised pecans and sticky toffee pudding fill the air, with rich oak and honey not far behind.

Appearance

Burnt amber with a dark brown head.
