BA Imperial Stout
11.5% vol
Taste
Sweet maple syrup mixes with rich oaky tannins and dark chocolate, coating the tongue before offering a spicy lingering taste of chewy liquorice.
Nose
Rich, burnt sugar and molasses is buffered by hints of espresso and raisin. Lingering long enough in the glass and warming up this beer starts to reveal hints of sweet spiced rum, pipe tobacco, and smoke, like the last burning embers of a roaring campfire.
Appearance
Jet black with a brown cream-like head.
