Taste
Sweet reds fruits pair with an iodine-like salinity, reminiscent of a a campfire on the beaches of Islay. Poached pears, winter spices, and cloves join in with a hint of berry-like acidity. Vinous tannins round out the taste, with a smooth malty sweetness to finish.
Nose
Rich smoked malts and vinous cognac combine with hints of plum and raspberry jam.
