Taste
The initial taste is very juicy and tropical. The mid-palate becomes fuller, delivering the flavor of ripe, juicy stone fruits. The finish is on the drier side, with dominant bitter, grapefruit peel-like hops. This is a medium-bodied beer with a very refreshing and thirst-quenching effect.
Nose
The aroma is tropically fruity and juicy. Ripe stone fruits – peach and apricot – dominate, with subtle hints of citrus and piny resin hops in the background.
Appearance
A pale yellow, hazy beer with a dense, white, finger-thick white head.
