Taste
A rich malty base with considerable viscosity combines with the character of plum liqueur, speculoos cookies and wildflowers. A touch of acidity akin to dried forest berries and tannins from the oak barrels round out the palate.
Nose
The distinctive aromas of ripe plums and figs jump out of the glass, followed by notes of heather tips, luscious honeycomb, toasted almonds and white dessert wine.
Appearance
Deep chestnut brown with a dense beige head.
