Nutty, roasted pecans are chased by a monster of spice through fields of dark sugarcane and sweet red fruits. A thick, oily body with a smooth long lasting bitterness jumps out from a nearby lake of toasted coconut and sandalwood, leaving behind a trail of gently crystallised malty flavours mixing with vanilla biscuits.
Nose
Rich, dark treacle and molasses with a strong fruity aroma jump out - vanilla and toasted spices follow, betraying the warmth of the Barbados rum casks. Hints of cardamom and a light touch of dark chocolate follow, before the overwhelmingly fruity character makes its way back.

Jet black with a dark brown head.
