Sweet fruits roll over the tongue - redcurrant, strawberry, and above all, freshly picked bilberries at peak ripeness. A gentle creamy malt sweetness comes in, with hints of herbal flavours adding a delicate touch of spice to the aftertaste. Returning for another sip more balanced fruity acidity comes through, with notes of blood orange and a lingering taste of yet more freshly squeezed bilberry flavours.

Jammy sweet red fruits and tannins, creamy berry soaked yoghurt, and just a hint of herbal woodiness and eucalyptus.
