Sweet vanilla dusted hot cross buns come through immediately, reminding the open oven of your favourite bakers before mixing with lashings of toasted Italian meringue, hints of freshly toasted coconut, and warming winter spices. More vanilla lingers on the tongue with dates, dried fig, and raisins joining in, ending on a full and creamy body.

Nose

Strong freshly sliced vanilla beans and well baked pastry mixes with hints of freshly brewed coffee and mixed dried fruits.

Appearance

Dark brownish-black with a brief dark brown head.
