Taste

Rich red fruits dominate the initial taste, with a powerful cherry and baked plum coming through. The acidity of a red wine is balanced with gentle oakiness and the taste of cognac, before being merged with that of a deep dark coffee and milk chocolate.

Nose

Decadent prunes and raisins soaked in port wine, aniseed and just a hint of orange marmalade.

Appearance

Jet black with a light brown head.
