SUMI

SUMI, the newest addition to the Põhjala Brewery culinary family, is a dual concept: a bright, bustling bakery and a laid-back bistro located in the budding Krulli Quarter.

In the morning, it’s a neighborhood bakery with fresh coffee and pastries inspired by French and American traditions.

By afternoon, it becomes a bistro where the food and drinks complement each other. Dishes cooked over an open fire draw on Japanese, Korean, and other global flavors.

Beer is still the star with 12 taps of Põhjala, beer-based cocktails and simple wines.
