Taste

Sweet agave and chocolate mingle with warming toasted chilli and spices, reminding you of spiced mole with a mezcal to follow. Fruity dried berries join the mix with more spice and hints of gentle smoke and freshly cracked long pepper on the finish.

Nose

Leather and pipe tobacco mingles with spicy malts and sweet red berries, before being joined by lightly toasted coconut.

Appearance

Oily black with a dark brown head.
